GPT Actions OAuth 2.0 Root Domain Exception

We are facing an issue with integrating our Jira Data Center API using GPT Actions and Azure AD for OAuth 2.0 authentication. We are encountering the error:
“Authorization URL, Token URL, and API hostname must share a root domain.”

In our setup:

  • API Hostname: Our api domain url
  • Authorization URL: Azure auth url
  • Token URL: Azure token url
Due to our use of Azure AD as the identity provider, it is not feasible for us to use the same root domain for all URLs. We kindly request an exception for this configuration.
We appreciate your assistance and look forward to your response. Please let us know if any additional information is needed.
