I guess it’s because of weekend? the system status still show all systems works fine, they should have people maintain the system regarless of the workdays

I have had the same issue for the last couple of days. I wouldn’t mind if we all didn’t pay for the service, but as we all are, I expect some answers and feedback from the team.

I have been experiencing the same issue for the past 24 hours! I have a Plus subscription, but I am unable to use GPT-4. Can someone please provide us with an answer or solution to this problem?

I am facing exact same issue since yesterday with GPT4 (3.5 is working fine). Fortunately, I have API access that I am currently using to chat with GPT4.

Same issue here. GTP-4 has not responded to any requests for 24+ hours. Plus user as well. Tried on several computers, browsers etc. No respond from help desk.
