this is a desaster, definitely. I spent a lot of time in developing my agent, but can’t use or improve it because they just messed it up with one update (?) and don’t care at all for two full days? how shall I trust the process in the future after this experience?! @OpenAI_Support - it’s your turn!
@OpenAI_Support please give us an update on the fix. Thanks!
@OpenAI_Support Yes me too please my clients are on my case about getting the chatbot shipped…
It seems to be working again.
Can confirm it works now ![]()
Working on my end too! Excited. Let’s build ![]()
That’s all good.
But how does that inspire confidence to use any of this in production?
No clarity, no update on why it happened, what caused it, and what was done for it not to happen again?
Was there any official comms on this at all?
The optics are not great. Glad to see there is an active community who took to the forums, though!
Works again. Trust gone. Think I will drop it
If it can’t be completely configured and managed by API calls, made portable across many providers, are you really a “developer”, anyway?
No, you are a product consumer. Waiting for the next days-long outage that you have locked yourself into.
