Getting an error when uploading .csv files

I’m getting errors after uploading a .csv file. The error says ‘Failed to index file’. After getting this error the assistant freezes and no longer responds to prompts.

What can I try to do to resolve this issue?

Suggested “assistant csv” forum search solutions to this shortcoming:

  • enable code interpreter also;
  • use a different format such as json.

If you take a look at “Supported Files” here, it says they don’t support csv for retrieval yet.
