Getting an assistant to output as html (bootstrap) & download file

I have an assistant that creates a 10 column table ok.
I have at the end:

Format it as a table.
Professional styled using Bootstrap and show output.
Also provide a link to download each output as html.

This ignores showing the output.
Only shows a download button.
No styling happens.

How do I enhance the output please???

The webpage at https://chat.openai.com does not include the bootstrap library so any output using bootstrap will not render as intended.
