Can get HTML output file link

Duplicate I posted this in the wrong section…
Hi guys. Have an assistant that get data from our vector store and produces reports. Final part of the prompt is

Format it as a table.
Professional styled  and show output.
Also provide a link to download each output as html.

I get different results in different browsers.
Chrome shows the table formatted nicely but the link refers to sandbox:/mnt/data/my.html

Firefox shows the table formatted nicely but the link refers to
sandbox:/mnt/data/my.html

Edge shows the table (but bounces around while displaying ) then shows just the HTML but the link refers to sandbox:/mnt/data/my.html

  1. How do I ensure all browsers display the actual html.
  2. How do I ensure the assistant offers a link to download the html.

Any other pointers appreciated.
