Get_chatgpt_account_error

ChatGPT Bugs
1

Hello, I’m unable to access my ChatGPT account because I keep getting an authentication error.

The error shown is:

error_code: get_chatgpt_account_error

request_id: 9e2b27f9-8c36-41d0-87c9-cdf6398175c5

I have attached a screenshot of the error.

I have access to the email address associated with the account and can verify ownership if required.

Please investigate this authentication issue and help me regain access to my account.

Thank you.

Welcome to the community @imxhafi,

For that you need to contact support through OpenAI Help Center, using the chat bubble. Account access issues can´t be investigated here on the forum, as community members don´t have access to your account.

Include the error code and request ID plus if you want to, you can add screenshot too.
