Frequently it presents its format in this way, I direct its attention to the issue and it doesn’t resolve it. It doesn’t recognize its mistake. Ive tried to follow the help instructions to report this without absolutely any success of finding the appropriate channel to do so. That also needs to be fixed.

It sounds like there’s a rendering issue going on with how the platform is interpreting your LaTeX or equation formatting. I’ve seen this happen before when the syntax is all correct but the engine just doesn’t process it the way it should. Could you share more details or maybe an example of the specific LaTeX you’re using? That way, I can try to reproduce the issue on my end and help pinpoint what’s going wrong. 
Hi! So Im not inputting any special LaTex into it. Ill take a snap shot of an equation (mostly related to an upper division electromagnetism course right now) and will ask about a specific component of it or the overall understanding of an equation and about 2/3rds of the time it will present some part of its response in - code format.
