I have this issue for months, I’ve tried so many things to fix it, none work. I use ChatGpt mostly to help me with code and development, I tried a VPN, different browser engine, cleared caches, restarted browser and even used a VPN on another browser engine. I contacted support but got no response. Is there any way of fixing this otherwise?
For months I get the same error: "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com."

If you have a credit card connected, you could try the playground: OpenAI Platform but it charges for usage of tokens
It’s probably best to contact the official support though they tend to take a long time to respond.
