Currently there is no way for ChatGPT to communicate to the dev team when a situation happens that causes a problem with the app.
This seems like a huge missed-opportunity for improving the app. We are effectively real-time testers, and we don’t cost them a dime. In fact we are paying them 
Nothing beats field-testing something. Millions of scenarios can arise that would never be thought of in a controlled QA environment.
The app should be able to convey information from users to the dev team. There should be a feedback feature, where the conversation is sent to them, so they can evaluate it for bug fixes and improvements. And the ChatGPT voice should say that it can send that information / suggestion to the team.
