Hello Developers,
To improve user experience after the recent speed optimization updates, I would like to propose a feature. For long chat histories, please implement a sequential “Load Previous Messages” button triggered by scrolling up. Instead of hiding old content completely or causing heavy lag, this button should dynamically fetch smaller chunks (e.g., 20-30 messages) at a time as the user requests it. This would perfectly balance fast initial loading speeds with easy accessibility to old, archived data. Thank you!
Hey @AttilaSzombathely, welcome to the community! This is a practical suggestion, and it lines up with feedback others have shared around long-running chats getting harder to navigate or slower over time.
Loading older messages in smaller chunks with a Load Previous Messages button could help keep chats fast while still making older context accessible when needed. That seems like a nice balance between performance and usability, especially for very long conversations.
I can’t share a timeline right now, but I’ll pass this feedback along internally.
