Feature request: Give each ChatGPT automation its own persistent conversation/thread.
I use multiple scheduled automations for different purposes—Life Admin, career opportunities, intelligence briefings, opportunity discovery, and email monitoring. Currently, outputs from these separate automations are being delivered into the same conversation where they were created.
This makes the feature significantly less useful because unrelated automation histories become interleaved. I want to be able to open “Career Radar,” for example, and scroll through only its previous daily reports.
Please allow users to assign an automation to its own persistent chat/thread, or automatically create a dedicated thread for each automation. Ideally, each automation would maintain its own chronological history.
This becomes especially important when Scheduled Tasks are being used as persistent specialized agents rather than simple reminders.
