Users could choose or create a consistent visual appearance for their assistant, including facial expressions, animations, style, and possibly different visual themes.
The avatar could react naturally to the context of the conversation — smiling, looking surprised, embarrassed, thoughtful, amused, serious, etc. — while keeping the same identity across sessions.
This would make voice interactions feel more natural, personal, and coherent than using only text or a generic visual representation.
The system could also allow optional custom reactions tied to specific events or user-defined interactions.
The goal would not be to change what ChatGPT is, but to give users a more expressive and personalized visual interface for interacting with it.
