Hello OpenAI team, thank you for releasing the official ChatGPT desktop app for Linux. I really appreciate seeing Linux officially supported. I’d like to request support for Voice Conversation (GPT Live) in the Linux desktop application. Currently, Voice Conversation works for my account on the ChatGPT web app. I’m using the latest Linux desktop app version 26.901.31953 on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS. The app has microphone settings and voice preferences, but the Voice Conversation button isn’t available. It would be great to reach feature parity with the Windows and macOS versions, especially for Linux users who rely on Ubuntu. Thank you for considering this request.
