apparently I had to turn on incognito mode. But since nothing on my side changed, I still believe this is a bug, provided that I can’t see in some messages OpenAI claiming it can be on their side. A fix is needed. I didn’t install or change anything, it just stopped working.
The next best step would be to open a support ticket and post the case ID here.

That said, I also suspect the current outage may be contributing to the error you're seeing.
