Failed to load subscription for selected organization

There appears to be an issue with my account. A few days ago I was faced with an error about an insufficient quota though there was a $70 on the account for API access. That issue brought down apps I have built for clients. That issue was resolved.

I renewed my ChatGPT on Tuesday and it worked fine. But today both chatgpt and platform.openai.com are down for me. When I log into the platform it says no subscription found for my account and at one point said “accound deactivated” though I have no email about my account being deactivated. Note that my API keys are still working, which is good, as the apps I built for my clients are still working. But I am unable to access ChatGPT and Platform.

Did you use SSO from Google to login or do you make a sign in?
I used the SSO to login from Google and I’m facing the same problem.
Anyone have the solution?

Yes, I also login with Google Account, and it raise “Failed to load subscription for selected organization”, it’s a huge bug… I was now prevent from my balance…
