Chiming in to say I have the same issue. Doesn’t matter what model I use. Just a simple DOC or PDF of the text it put in the chat - fails every time. Ridiculous to pay hundreds per year for something completely broken.

The answer is this if you get this with a Custom GPT: Edit the custom GPT and go to the Configure Tab Tick the option to Enable Code Interpreter aka Advanced Data Analysis Then go back to the prompt window and ask GPT to generate a new link and it worked for me
