I set the assistants to refer to the vector store. Then I asked the assistants to give me a list of files in the vector store, but they said there were no files uploaded.
Until just 1-2 weeks ago, it showed the file list properly, and when a new file was uploaded to the vector store, it was immediately reflected and showed a new list, but it responded that there were no files uploaded from a few days ago.
If the files are in your files store, but disappeared from the vector store you are using, then they have been expired. See the vector store expiration documentation for more information.

However, you can see the list of files in the vector store like this.
And you just uploaded the file.

To aid further I’m going with the assumption that something in the process is different from when it worked, as oppose to believing that something in the last two weeks affected how vector stores work. So, first copy the vector store ID that you are showing in the playground, then go to your dashboard’s Storage tab and then to the vector stores tab (via the switch button). Pick the vector store with the matching ID you noted and look at the files in that vector store. Are they there?
