Assistant Can't Access File

I’ve seen a few threads about this but none with any solution. I’ve created an Assistant and attached a CSV file to it, and am asking questions about the file. It was working fine for weeks and now everytime I ask it something, it says:

“It appears there has been an issue with accessing the file, likely due to the reset of the environment. To list items related to metals from the file with the ID file-KahFzkqzVdygGNPke40aNwl6, I will need the file to be accessible once again. Please re-upload the file or provide the correct file path, and I will be able to fulfill your request.”

Even if I then re-upload the file and try again, it still can’t find it. Has anyone else run into this and found a solution? Thanks

Hmmm…it sounds like re-uploading hasn’t worked, but do you think the file path or some referent to the file/object path has become incorrect in some way?

Sadly, that’s the only thing I can think of here without more information. On the flip side as well though, the uhhh “site reliability” of OAI’s APIs has been clunky at best recently, so I honestly could not even confirm if this issue is due to your code or something going on with the API.
