I created an Assistant and used the file search tool, but received the error ‘Run failed. Sorry, something went wrong.’ every time I used it on the playground. Has anyone else encountered this issue? It was working fine before, but for the past two days, I’ve suddenly been getting this error. I’ve tried changing the model, but the issue persists.
