Enhancing plugins while in submission

I was wondering if I could continue working on my plugin after I had submitted for approval - a) while waiting on approval and b) once approved. Can active development continue or must code be frozen. Does anyone know.

I was wondering the same thing! I asked a similar question a week or so ago about updates once approved. @logankilpatrick would it be possible for OpenAI to clarify how this works?
