Enable code interpreter for organization, o3 use in api

I’m trying to use code interpreter as a tool with o3 in the api but get the response Error: Error code: 400 - {‘error’: {‘message’: ‘Code interpreter tool is not enabled for this organization.’, ‘type’: ‘invalid_request_error’, ‘param’: ‘tools’, ‘code’: None}}. I was guided to find the toggle under the Labs/Beta menu item in my organization but Labs/Beta is missing.
