I think this issue started yesterday and got worse today. I’m using the browser version. 4o doesn’t load at all. Keeps buffering but my internet connection is fine. 4.1 mini works, but takes 2-3 tries to load a response. Please fix it. Thank you.

Have just moved to 4.1 (from 4o) and I’m up and running again!
There are no concurrent request are being sent from my-end. hence I am getting same error from last day continue. Can anyone guide me how to respond and resolve this error?

I switched models, logged out and back in. Nothing fixes the issue at this point.

I recognize that they identified root cause…I am curious though if others had issues initially logging in with email…Were prompted to login again…and received a second verification code email that used the same code as the first - which seems odd. Should it not be a new code during a second login attempt? I replicated this behavior twice. Am now wondering if this is more than a self inflicted OpenAI internal software issue.

I have GPT Plus I’m not sure if it happens to everyone but I tried using another email which has no paid plan and it works just fine. I don’t know what’s happening I can’t use it to continue working today. What should I do?

im getting message stream error, maybe its around the outage?
Date: 5/10/2025 and 6/10/2025 (its been happening for two days)
Platform: ChatGPT (web ver.)
Browser: Microsoft Bing (I only use Bing for Bing rewards lol)
Idk if it’s just me but I can’t continue any of my chats, I try to refresh or edit my responses, but I get the same error.
I’ve tried with multiple chats, tried deleting memory, and deleting other chats (which was unsuccessful, I can click delete but nothing will change and the chat will still be there).
(Edt: I forgot to mention that this only happens with the model GPT-4o, with all the other it gives one error and continues to function as normal.)

I can’t fathom why a company with millions of dollars can’t have a steady system. I can’t rely on the platform because of it’s inconsistency with having the chat online and working 24/7 what’s the point of having a suscription if the system is not delivering top service? is more expensive than popular streaming services.
