WE USE IT SO MUCH!! NOOOOO…your newer models are not as good. We have tested everything in the market and we have tuned to this.

As announced previously, GPT-4o was retired from ChatGPT on February 13, 2026, along with several other legacy models, as part of OpenAI's ongoing model lifecycle and platform updates.
We understand that many users had a great experience with GPT-4o. However, once a legacy model has been retired from ChatGPT, it isn't brought back to the platform. ChatGPT continues to focus on newer models as they evolve.
