ChatGPT - Do we get exactly 40 messages per 3 hours?

Is it my imagination, or was my recently restricted quota of 40 prompts per 3 hours (which I never agreed to) depleted before I submitted 40 messages today? Recommendation: OpenAI should provide a log of the submitted prompts, so customers have visibility of their ChatGPT transactions, like a bank statement. This seems like a reasonable request since we pay for the service and get cut-off based on the number of transactions. I want the ability to review my OpenAI usage to ensure any cutoffs by…
