I registered my account long ago, and never EVER used any api, neither ‘chatGPT plus’. Nevertheless my credit is $0.00. My work mate registered recently and also have $0.00. So, give free trial credit or remove it from Settings->Billing, please. Thank you.

Hello, the free trial has been discontinued, you no longer get $5 when you create your account.
