I will upload a pdf to GPT-4 to give me summarize about it but the document is written in Russian. Will it work as fine and will it reply as Russian? What’s written in there is technical anyway, it’s about force distribution.

You’ve put your question into the API forum section. The API doesn’t have any way to “upload” a file, and an API AI model only accepts text that has been extracted from documents so it is readable.
