Discord bot with OpenAI

So what are the limitations to OpenAI api? Would it be allowed to create a discord bot. I would love to see one. One that you could for example ask help in coding or ask bothering questions.

I did make one, but it’s in a controlled server, where only hand picked people can address it,
we don’t think it’s smart to have this wide open in the wild without being checked.
