With the new API of being able to upload files to assistants, for jobs like retrieval based answering, have anyone found info on what data privacy - if any - there is in relation to the uploaded files? Will the content of these files be used by openAI for training or? Wil they be removed from the server once deleted?

There’s a note on the Chat Completion in Playground, but there doesn’t seem to be a notice on the Assistants tab in the Playground. As it’s new, this will likely be corrected.
As far as I know, OpenAI no longer uses any API or ChatGPT Enterprise data for training as per this page… You might go through help.openai.com if you can’t find specific answers for your particular case. Hope this helps…and you stick around our growing community here.
