DALLE3 Rolling out to ChatGPT Plus members

Hi everyone,
what i didn’t understand is if DALL-E 3 is available even for pay as you go users via API.
I tried to specify the model

model=“dall-e-3”

but the response is:

InvalidRequestError: Invalid model dall-e-3. The model argument should be left blank.
