Now this lazy GPT4 just MIXED UP ALL MY GUIDELINES AND MADE A MESS and I needed many times prompt to generate what I wanted, and even then, IT STILL MIXES UP and refuse creating any images!!! The customer service just said:

You’ve reached the current usage cap for GPT-4. You can continue with the … now it outrightly refused my prompt… what a bummer!!!
Still can’t produce any picture no matter what while wasting time and tokens.
They also refused to scan images and explain the images… what a degradation of quality. I’m really disappointed in OpenAI, the chatGPT and its API.

It is not several attempts, IT’S ALL 40X TIMES YOU REFUSED!!! ONLY ONCE YOU DID NOT REFUSE, AND THAT WAS THE ABOMINABLE PICTURE FAR CRY FROM WHAT I PROMPTED!! 
It means those people in OpenAI dabbled in my account. I had my ChatGPT 4 subscription degraded even before my subcription ended.
