Ive created a customGPT to capture my thoughts and convert it into text and send to make.com through a web hook as a JSON.
While this works perfectly on the web on android app (samsung note ten +) i run into issues.
Anyone else facing this issue ?
Tried creating one more gpt and one more webhook on make.com and test.
Heres the error now.
“It appears that the tool is still disabled and I am unable to send the log through it. You might need to record your tasks manually for now or use an alternative method. If you have any other requests or need further assistance, feel free to let me know.”
Again it works on the webapp.
Update:
I was able to send data from the iOS mobile app but not from an android phone (ive tried on Samsung and Oneplus phones so it’s not a phone issue. A general Android Mobile app issue?
hi with api sent without requestBody all sent successfully on my android phone but with api with requestBody it doesn’t work. I am not sure what happened
Same issue here. Testing on Android.
Other 3rd party CustomGPT’s running make webhooks work on the same phone.

Summary of my issue: webhook works perfectly fine on desktop and when I login to Chatgpt via my Android phone’s Chrome app. But the exact same command fails when I tried on the Chatgpt Android mobile app.
@OpenAl can you acknowledge this issue?
