I did notice that if we ask chatgpt for latitude/logitude coordinates of specific locations we don’t get back the exact location coordinates, the coordinates are actually close to the location by some few Kilometers but always with some “creative” deviation, and such deviation is always different at each request… some will probably suggest me to use external geolocation as a function, but… I’m curious why this? Because if the coordinates are always close to the locations then I guess it actually knows them but why applying this random creativity on them? Is there any way (something I put on prompt or so) to get exact location coordinates from chatgpt without this creativity?
