There should be a forum for Chat GPT Users: in other words, those interested in discussing various features and ideas related to Chat GPT and other OpenAI products. This would be for the average user, versus developers.
Well, there is the Discord server. That is more catered towards ChatGPT users than developers. That being said, we do try to accommodate everyone, as many devs can start out as “average users” 
. You can also see that many do talk about features and products here, so it’s not disallowed.
