Is anyone having issues with creating art for the letter V? everyone other letter of the alphabet generates fine including numbers. The error issue is just with the letter V. thanks

Text generation is generally an issue in the current DALL·E model. There is no specific letter problem. Text distortion is completely context-based. Sometimes you get the correct text, and sometimes it’s just a mash. It depends on how complex the image is.
It is recommended, for more complex texts or when they are not displayed, to try to create space in the image and then use an image editor tool to insert the text. Of course, depending on the motif, this doesn’t always work.

thank you. even with a simple prompt like create the letter V that is red with a white background I get this error message. “I wasn’t able to generate the image because it didn’t follow our content policy. If you’d like, you can try rewording your request, and I’d be happy to help! 
”

This is part of a broader issue that OpenAI is aware of. For example, this prompt currently get’s rejected:
image of a rose for my wife for Valentine’s Day
They assigned engineers to this 9 days ago.

Yes bugs a bit everywhere.
By the way, it is always good if you show us the prompt witch not work. Some maybe know how to modify it, and even learn them self a new trick.
Often you must trick DallE a little to get the results you want.

hmmm… the policy system was a pain for a while now, but it gets more worse, and it is not in all country the same(?)
I hope they fix it soon! (snow white… was a trigger for long time.)

Because our prompt is refined and sent to DALL-E.
For example:
In first image my orijinal prompt, and in second image what prompt is sent to DALL-E.
After creation image, if you click on image you can see what prompt is sent. Or if it is refused, ask to ChatGPT what prompt is sent:

Yes pleas, the policy issues really makes many users angry, and confused. And we get constantly posts form users complaining about it.
Honestly, I’m surprised that not more users have posted problems in the forum. I think the number of frustrated users is much higher than what is visible in the forum.
But Something else about bugs.
If I may mention another thing, it is not related to the policy. But if my speculation is correct, it affects many users, and in the foreseeable future, there will be problems with it.
My account is blocked, I can no longer generate images with DALL-E. I speculate that there is a storage limit on the server side, and since I conduct many tests, I have probably reached it, causing the generation to fail. It is also connected to the issue with the archives for downloading. Since the images are now in the archive, they are much too large and can no longer be downloaded. Deleting the archive only deletes the chat, not the images! There is a bug in the system that needs to be fixed. Sooner or later, it is likely that the accounts of other users who are very active in generating images, there space will flow over, and they will also run into this issue.
And the user should have the control over its data, the images must be deletable, independent of issues in storage space.

Prompt: create an icon displaying two vertical arrows: one pointing upward and the other downward, to represent internet traffic in a bidirectional flow.
I haven’t heard of an unpublished quota on Dall-E storage or usage, but I added it to the agenda.
We’ll see.
