Creating a Fine Tuning - Error creating job: You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details

Sorry to post again about something that’s been mentioned before, but I’m trying to create a test fine tuning job with just a ten line jsonl file and keep getting the apparently-familiar error above.

I have a positive credit balance of $55 and auto-renew is on, and my account limits do not seem to be used up, but I don’t know why they would be, this is my first try.

Can someone help? Thanks!

In case someone else runs across this, I solved it by creating a separate project with its own limits and budget. I just went through all the budget and limit parameters and changed them a little bit, and it worked.

Not very clear folks.
