I see that one of the tags of this post is API, are you trying to create this using the OpenAI API?
An alternative could be to utilize assistants which would be a bit more beginner-friendly but also more limiting at the same time.
In case you want to program your own solution using the API, I might be able to help you out.
With assistants I don’t have a lot of experience.
