Country listed as supported (Colombia) but when trying to add payment method I get "unable to offer services in the country"

I was able to use the service in my trial period.
Colombia is listed as supported country but when trying to add a credit card from my country I get:

“Unfortunately we are unable to offer services to the country you specified.”

So not sure why it’s included in the supported countries list, or is there an error?

I am from Serbia and I have the exact same problem. Sadly I haven’t found any solution yet…

Same problem (Serbia), just go with option “I’m working on behalf of a company” and card will be accepted :slight_smile:
