I saw this issue and I was running into the same problem for a few months now. When logging into ChatGPT I would get endlessly looped and redirected to verifying I’m human by Cloudflare and never able to login. It turned out to be a plugin I had (PIA VPN plugin) that had the “http referrer blocked” enabled. Once disabling that, the problem went away. My guess is CloudFlare is looking for the referrer and not getting it and going thru and endless loop to get it. Just in case anyone else runs into this, this may be the solution for you. Unfortunately, the ChatGPT AI helpdesk bot did not offer any help on this even though there was a thread on this a year ago.
