Codex on Windows 11 fails to start probably because of scandinavian characters in the users name path.

Being from Finland my name actually includes a scandinavian character “ä”

”Codex failed to start.”
”EPERM: operation not permitted, mkdir ‘C:\Users\usernam�\.codex\sqlite’

Same error, but my username is no special char.

Hello! I fix it with “run as administrator” on codex.exe
