When attempting to launch Codex, I receive an error indicating that the file cannot be found. Consequently, I am unable to configure the administrator sandbox. Upon clicking to set up an alternate sandbox, a few seconds pass before the system prompts me to set up a sandbox again. Clicking through once more triggers the same “file not found” error—specifically for
codex-windows-sandbox-setup.exe—and requires me to set up a backup sandbox. How can I resolve this issue?
