- Web version – When making changes to a PR and pushing, the branch doesn’t update. Also, follow-ups in the Codex App conversation after updating a PR from local and pusing to remote often throw errors or crash. Seems like push works fine, but pull is broken.
- IDE extension (personally I’ve been using Cursor) – Switching between local and cloud setups causes errors, missing messages and merging conflicts. A quick fix could be blocking the option to switch, but ideally, the local/cloud states should sync when switching.
- Ask mode – When recommending improvements, task suggestions sometimes generate merge conflicts (different approaches mixed together or task overlay other tasks work). Aligning those suggestions would reduce the need for conflict resolution.
