We are trying to setup the code view for Codex in our Github Enterprise account, but it does not trigger automatically nor does it work when triggering manually. It does seem to be setup correctly, so why could this be?

Did you have any luck getting it to work? It is still not working for us and we have tried to reinstall multiple times.
This seems to have been solved when it exited beta state 
I have tried everything, disconnecting, reconnecting, revoking access, changing use and so on. Is this a known bug and I should stop trying until it is fixed or there is a reliable fix for @codex to review PRs on private repos?
