We’re using codex cloud / web and we’ve been using it for 7-8 months now. It’s heavily integrated into our workflow and we have little issue.
Lately, we’ve been being bogged down by an error on the cloud where even when the task completes we get “failed to update PR” or “failed to create PR”. It’s only been happening the last 4 days. The team has adapted by pulling the git apply locally and pushing, but it’s very frustrating that the standard create pr button is not working.
We’re uninstalled the application on github and disabled on openAI and tried to re-enable with no luck. This is true across all users on the team and all repositories in the organization.
Anyone have any ideas?
