Codex tasks succeed but PRs fail

Hello,

I have been using Codex for the past 5 hours, creating tasks and PRs without any issues. However, for the past hour, Codex hasn’t been able to create PRs, even though tasks are still being completed as usual. I’ve tried several times with different tasks. I also checked status.openai.com, and it seems that Codex isn’t down.

Anyone facing the same issue?

Note: I am on the Plus subscription if that is somehow relevant.

Very often a situation occurs where codex has completed the task, I see the summary in the log, codex has described in detail what was done, but the task preloader keeps spinning and the task does not move to the completed status and, accordingly, there is no option to create a PR. Has anyone encountered this and what is the solution?
