Dear OpenAI Staff,
I would like to share the conclusion I reached after repeatedly contacting support by email regarding the continued rejection of our registered app.
Through the responses from AI Support, I realized a very important point. The guidance I received was that mobile widgets are likely to fail when tested using Chrome DevTools’ mobile simulation mode, and that this testing method should be avoided.
Our app includes a map-based UI. When testing it through Chrome DevTools’ mobile simulation mode, the results were inconsistent, and the loading time ranged from approximately 13 seconds to as much as 20 seconds. For reasons I cannot clearly identify, ChatGPT appears to run extremely slowly in Chrome DevTools’ mobile mode.
Given this situation, I would like to ask whether it is fair to regard this as a mobile widget failure of a registered app. When we test the same app on the actual ChatGPT app for iOS or Android, the widget appears very quickly and works as expected.
Could you please share your thoughts on this matter?
