My application has been rejected 3 times during the review process, and each time I received the same message:

“One or more of your test cases did not produce correct results. Please re-run all submitted test cases and align tool behavior/output with the documented expected outcomes. Ensure the same test cases pass consistently on both ChatGPT web and mobile.”

I have carefully re-tested all submitted test cases on both ChatGPT web and mobile, and the results appear correct and consistent from my side.

Could you please help clarify the following points:

  1. Which specific test case or workflow is failing during review?

  2. Is the issue related to:

    • tool output formatting,

    • inconsistent responses,

    • schema validation,

    • mobile behavior,

    • or timeout/performance issues?

  3. Are there any hidden validation requirements that I should verify?

  4. Is there any review log, debug output, or additional feedback available for developers?

  5. Are reviewers expecting exact deterministic output for every run?

In general, replying to the rejection email (which should hit openai-review@openai.com) should get you a direct line to the review team!
