Hello, is there anyone that use chatup AI? i have a subscription for chatup ai but i can’t cancel or ask refund of this service. try to find where to manage the subs billling in the website but can’t find any and now the chat up ai keep deduct my money every weeks. can someone help me?
As this is not made by OpenAI all we can do if hope someone else knows who these people are, as there is nothing we can do from here.
I suggest informing your CC company that you have a re-occurring payment you cannot cancel with the company and can they stop it, there is usually an option like “I do not recognise this payment” and that will start the ball rolling about canceling it. (This has to be done with your Bank/cc issuer)
