I have the exact same issue. Working fine on mobile. I assume Open AI have aggressively blacklisted IP addresses (using cloudflare?) and ours have been hit with this also for some reason.

Please can someone at open AI /ChatGPT solve this as I need to use it…

They got DDoSed (Distributed Denial of Service Attack), where they get flooded with between a few hundred and a few hundred thousand IPs at the same time. This is an illegal attack used to take servers down and it seems it worked.
