Request for human assistance — Full recovery of ChatGPT conversations that have become unusable
I am a ChatGPT Plus subscriber, paying approximately €23 per month.
I use ChatGPT to develop personal, creative, and documentary projects, some of which could potentially lead to a small source of income.
These projects represent months of work, research, reflection, and decisions made throughout very long conversations.
Today, several of these conversations have reached a technical limit or have become extremely difficult to use. I can no longer continue my work in them normally, nor can I easily retrieve their complete contents.
I pay for ChatGPT to work on my projects, not to spend my days developing workarounds to recover the projects I created using it.
For several weeks, I have been working with other ChatGPT conversations to develop JavaScript scripts in an attempt to save my exchanges. This involves testing, corrections, and considerable technical work that prevents me from making progress on my actual projects.
I have already contacted OpenAI Support. I also requested an export of my data, but I still have not received it, and I do not have enough information to know the status of that request.
I do not wish to be redirected to the same procedures I have already tried.
What I am specifically requesting
I am asking for a qualified person at OpenAI to review my situation and help me recover the complete contents of my conversations, including:

Every message, from the very first to the very last, in its exact original order, without truncation or omissions.

The full text of long messages that sometimes appear collapsed in the interface.

All images and attachments associated with the conversations, preserving their position and context so that the exchanges relating to them remain understandable.

The conversations that have become unusable, particularly those in my SALON (Noé), STUDIO (Jin), and GARAGE (Milo).

If technically possible, help locating or recovering another conversation that has disappeared from my chat history, involving exchanges between my son and ChatGPT.
I understand that technical limitations may exist and that some data may not be recoverable. However, I am asking for a genuine investigation and a clear explanation of what can be recovered and how.
I would also like to emphasize the importance of providing users with sufficient advance warning when a conversation is approaching a limit that could make it unusable.
Why this request matters to me
One of my ongoing projects is a personal account of the lived experience of people with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), intended to help their families and loved ones better understand what they go through.
Other projects involve music creation, writing, and the organization of personal work.
Losing access to these conversations therefore means more than losing exchanges to which I have become attached. It jeopardizes the continuity of real projects to which I have devoted considerable time and energy.
I am not asking for financial compensation or preferential treatment.
I am simply asking for genuine, practical human assistance to recover my complete conversations, including their contents and attachments, so that I can resume my work.
Please do not treat this message merely as a suggestion for improving the product. It is also a request for assistance concerning data and work that I can no longer access normally.
